I’m a social cognitive psychologist, mixed-methods researcher, and policy analyst with years of experience designing and leading high-impact research across academic, government, and nonprofit sectors. My expertise lies in helping mission-driven organizations generate credible, relevant, and strategic data to guide decision-making, evaluate programs, and deepen community impact.
I’ve led or co-led more than 20 research initiatives, ranging from experimental studies and survey design to qualitative evaluations. I’ve worked with a variety of organizations, from small nonprofits seeking to understand their community to federal agencies needing advanced statistical modeling to inform national policy.
I’m passionate about bridging the gap between evidence and action, so I am constantly seeking opportunities to connect with meaningful work and experiences. I work with organizations to:
- Design rigorous research that produces meaningful and actionable insights
- Evaluate programs and policies with attention to equity and context
- Translate behavioral science into strategies that promote inclusive systems change
- Build sustainable internal research processes and data capacity
